Every Chateaux frame begins its journey in the town of Bergamo, Italy, where the timber mouldings are produced using traditional Italian marquetry techniques.

These handcrafted veneers are made by layering real timber over a stable hardwood base, combining the beauty of natural grain with the structural precision required for fine framing.

From there, each length of timber is shipped to our Sydney workshop, where it’s carefully cut, joined, and finished by hand.
